Stamford CT - SPRINGDALE PROJECT

Another total renovation project in Stamford CT Springdale Neighborhood.

A total renovation of this home was completed recently by SITL Group - Home Renovation and New Construction

The existing Kitchen was removed from the 2nd floor of the house and it was built on the 1st floor with a completely new plumbing and electrical system.

The number of the bedrooms was increased from 2 to 4 bedrooms. An extra bath was added to the master suite with double vanity and stall shower.

The old siding of this home was replaced with new PVC siding.

New laminate flooring was installed with completely new kitchen cabinetry.

The existing electrical panel was replaced and service was upgraded to 200 amp service.
