STAMFORD-NEWFIELD PROJECT. GUT RENOVATION.
This house was a complete distressed property when we at SITL Group - Home Renovation and New Construction put our hands on it and transformed it into a magnificent modern home by renovating the entire house and extended the rooms count to 4 out of 3 bedrooms. Our plumbing department decided to replace the entire aged copper plumbing system including the sewer pipes with new more durable PVC pipes. We refinished the existing badly damaged wooden floors to a brand new installed-looking floor. All kitchen cabinets were replaced with a brand new modern kitchen. Watch the Video of the project.

We've converted the massive family room to a dining room with a master bedroom with an extra bathroom in it. An amazing high above-ground deck/terrace was built at the backside of the hose overlooking the huge backyard of the property. We've installed a brand new HVAC system to provide forced air heat in the winter and central air for the hot summer days. After our professionally done work, that distressed house became the dream home for the new owners.
